Hello people! We all celebrate many festive through out the whole year. In the month of December, we begin our celebration with Christmas. Now in this article, I am going to tell you about the Merry Christmas Eve. People around the world celebrate this holy day in the month of December. We celebrate this special day as the birth of Jesus Christ, the son of God. The celebration begins on the evening of 24th December. Christians belief that God came into this world as a human being to ransom the sins of the humans. So, we celebrate this day and wish each other “Merry Christmas Eve.

Christmas is a time of celebration and enjoyment. So, the kids are waiting for this time to have fun and they are also excited for their Christmas gifts. In this holiday season, they spend time with their friends and play various games. But the one thing that they are extra excited for is Santa Claus and the gifts from Santa on Christmas Eve. If they are good through out the year, they receive a visit from Santa Claus, a large happy man with white hair and white beard that brings toys to children all over the world with his red clothes. He rides on his magical sleigh, which is pulled by his trusted reindeer.He with his reindeer travel the world the night before Christmas and delivers toys and gifts to the children while they are sleeping. The presents are placed under the Christmas tree. In the United State, kids hang up a Stocking that is filled with toys, candy and other small presents which is known as Christmas Stockings.

Merry Christmas Eve for Adults :

On Decorations the Christmas, people love to decorate their homes, yards, streets and buildings. Some Christmas decorations are light, candy canes, laurels and other ornaments depicting Christmas characters such as Santa Clause, Snowman, Reindeer, Elves and Nutcrackers. Decoration is something that is hung up or displayed in order to make a room or an area more attractive and colorful.

Foods :

On Christmas, people eat meal with the whole family. Turkey with stuffing, mashed potatoes, gravy, vegetables, cranberry sauce, ham, roast beef, other types of poultry are the menus or items for dinner.For dessert, many variations of pies cakes and cookies are served on the dinner table. A popular drink that is associated with Christmas and the holiday season is Eggnog, this is a sweet, creamy, milky drink served with cinnamon and nutmeg.
